Chad Moffitt, OD

Chad Moffitt, O.D. is a therapeutic optometrist who joined Coastal Eye Associates in 2011 and has more than 20 years of experience in private practice. He specializes in family eye care and contact lenses as well as cataract and refractive surgery consultations. He is a very active doctor in the community where he has been a member of the Alvin Rotary Club for the past 20 years and has served the community in many capacities, including serving as Marshall for the Alvin Frontier Day parade and festivities.

Dr. Moffitt graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology. He then attended the University of Houston College of Optometry where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and received numerous awards in academics and clinical patient care.

Dr. Moffitt and his wife, Kristin, have two children. His hobbies include recreational sports, part-time cattle rancher, boating and hunting.
